• Male/Female, age 20+ years
• S1 degree in Computer Science/Computer Information System
• Having at least 2 years experience in website development environment
• Excellent command in English

• 2+ year(s) experience working with or leading design teams for Web-based projects.
• A strong understanding of designing site functionality, interaction, site architecture and data flow, user interfaces, and intuitive navigation schemes database design and architecture.
• High familiarity with capabilities of multiple Web browser versions and platforms.
• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization
• Excellent testing and troubleshooting capabilities
• Capable and driven to quickly learn new technologies and continually upgrade current skill set
  
• Knowledge of Web 2.0 and the technology that it entails (some knowledge of PhotoShop, Illustrator, Flash and other digital media e.g. webcasting, podcasting) and experience in full of SDLC implementation are a big plus.
